Adam Rowbrey, company Director, is a Portsmouth based property investor, developer and sourcer. Over the past few years he has built a rental portfolio of over £1m properties and sourced many deals for other investors in desirable areas of Portsmouth.
What started as a one full refurbishment project, quickly turned into four within 2025. With the current goal to add two to three, or more full projects to the portfolio each year. Turning old, uninhabitable properties, into modern rental homes.
Due to the ever-growing interest in the company from investors, Adam started bespoke deal sourcing to assist either new or experienced clients invest in property. Adam's knowledge of Portsmouth's property and rental market is strong due to living locally in the area for his whole life and spent countless periods examining the area and potential deals available through experience and expertise.

Prior to starting the company, Adam has over a decade of experience in Commercial Contract Management and Bid Negotiations.
Overview of Growth
Acquired and refurbished three projects in Portsmouth, completing back to brick refurbishments on two of the three properties. In addition to this sourced three investment BTL deals on behalf of bespoke clients.
So far, acquired a further BRRR property, currently undergoing renovation. Continued to support investors and clients by securing a further two BTL deals.
